19. Align the decrease mesh part over the back of the decrease mesh surround.
20. Trim the ends from the provided black cap plugs and set up them over the lower mounting studs only.
21. Align the decrease mesh grille asembly into place and begin securing it with the equipped massive black plastic washers and the eight-32 ESNA half nuts. Hand tighten only at this time.
22. Earlier than tighten the mounting hardware on the decrease grille, remove any masking tape that might get caught behind the mesh grille once it is tightened. Shift the grille around if the tape begins to get caught behind the mesh surround.
23. Use a 9mm or 11/32″ deep socket and ratchet to tighten the lower grille mounting hardware. Tighten only until the washer now not rotate freely. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN or you will indent the mesh encompass at the stud locations.
24. Take away the masking tape from the higher grille encompass, then retape up to the forward edge of the mounting holes.
25. Install the symbol assembly on the mesh section utilizing the supplied giant black plastic washers, 10 lock washers and 8-32 stainless steel hex nuts.
26. Align the assembled mesh grille onto the bumper cover, making sure that the decrease mounting pins match into the holes drilled previously.
27. Lift up on the top edge of the bumper cowl and beginning at the center, cross the higher mounting tabs through the slots within the bumper cover. Be additional careful not to injury the paint on the edge of the bumper cowl!
28. Once the outer studs cross by the holes drilled previously, pull the grille and bumper cowl forward and set up a big black plastic washer and a eight-32 ESAN half nut and tighten completely.
29. Use a flat blade screwdriver to bend the higher mounting tabs to safe the highest fringe of the grille tightly to the bumper cover. Be sure to push the grille into the bumper cowl as tightly as you can while bending the mounting tabs.
30. Take away the protecting tape across the upper mesh grille, pulling it straight out to minimize tape breakage.
31. Reinstall the radiator assist panel cowl, reusing the manufacturing facility push fasteners.
32. Remove a small portion of the front license plate bracket as a way to clear the mesh grille.
33. Reinstall the entrance license plate bracket reusing the upper heart factory screw.
34. Using a 7/64″ drill bit, drill mounting holes through the portion of the manufacturing unit license plate bracket mounting tabs and into the bumper cover.
35. Set up the equipped 8 x 1/2″ black truss head screws to finish securing the entrance license plate mounting bracket.36. Screw set up close-up.
37. Peel off the protecting protecting from the stainless-steel mesh surrounds. Use a mild solvent and a mushy, clear fabric to take away any glue residue. Use alcohol or glass cleaner and a smooth clean fabric to remove any solvent residue.
38. Completed installation.
